I'm growing out my hair, lots of changes *hopefully* what is your opinion of my blond bangs and black hair? I have 2" roots and don't know if I should bleach it again or just go back to natural black.

That's true, and now that I might have a permanent job (and they're already okay with my hair the way it is) it probably wouldn't be smart to change it so dramatically :D

Yeah, no kidding! My Godmother came for a visit a couple of months ago and she told me outright that I could never be hired because of my look. :(
So when I got an interview for a temp job with potential for a permanent position I went exactly as I do on the street (I didn't even wear nice clothes). I hadn't gotten an interview for a long time so I figured I might as well just go as I am and let them see me for a good employee, which they did! xD
I guess I was lucky. hmmm...
